Saigon Advertising Company (SAC) was a State Owned Company under the Culture and Information Service of Ho Chi Minh City, established in 1989, and was one of the first advertising agencies in Vietnam.
We have nationwide services: outdoor ad, advertisement on media, creation, holding promotion campaigns, exhibition fair, seminar, and press conference, producing TV Commercials.
In the year 2005, SAC was privatized, under the Saigon Cultural Production Cooperation (SCPC) and now it is called Saigon Advertising Joint Stock Company (SAC).
